  • Exhibiting a number of items in a show in Northampton.
  • Contacted via the Herefordshire Furniture website to commission two bedside tables made from solid tiger burr oak for a new customer who lives near Kew Gardens.
  • Decided to make myself a solid golden burr oak coffee table with decorative curved metal supports and turned legs for our front room.
  • My son has asked me to make him a solid walnut two tiered side table with compartments at either end, we gave it the nickname of Dumpty. This piece is very peculiar to Herefordshire.
  • Completed the finishing touches to the Love Seat. I am extremely happy with how its come together and especially please with how the delicate pendants of hare bells are inlayed into each arm.
  • 'Crump Oak' is now in planks and looks even better than anticipated, the planks have been moved to our drying shed.

  • Sourced a huge burr oak tree from a local farmer, we call it 'Crump Oak'. The tree was slowly rotting away and wouldn’t stay upright too much longer.
  • Commissioned to design and create a gate leg table. We sourced the wood from damson tree tree that the wind had blown down in a local farmers field.
